The festival is looking for food vendors and arts and crafts vendors with international fare and diverse cultural offerings to participate. Participating vendors are required to commit to staying through the festival from 1:00-6:00, but are welcome to stay until the festival ends. Thank you for your interest in our Upper Ohio Valley Multicultural Festival.

You can also contact us by filling out the contact information below. There is no fee to participate in this year’s festival, unless you require electricity hookup ($25.00).

Vendor must stay up until at least 6:00
Completed applications must be returned by June 1, 2015 to ensure a location space at the festival and for name listing in the festival program under the ‘Vendors’ page. If you wish to place an advertisement in the program, then please visit our sponsor page for advertising options.
110 v electricity is available and there is a $25.00 fee. Please enclose check with Vendor Application made out to ‘YWCA’, if you require electricity hookup.
Vendors must supply own table and overhead shading
Food Vendors: Please see the attachment below, labeled ‘Food Vendors Rules’, and return a signed copy with your vendors application. These rules are issued by the Ohio County Health Department.
